An integral part of a marketing drive for the then recently privatised National Grid.  An industrial maintenance package, The Buyers' Option Service Scheme, was implemented; designed to attract power generators such as National Power and Powergen.  At a live product launch, this video unveiled the package and outlined its scopes.  It subsequently formed part of a cascade video package.
